The Plastic Airbrick has outstanding properties that benefit the structural integrity of a building. It aids in ventilation which combats condensation and can deliver effective airflow to the void below the building, ensuring that mould doesn’t build up, causing damage.
The Airbrick is manufactured from polypropylene; this naturally lightweight product is resistant to decay, offering endless application and won’t require replacing over time. It has a stepped front grill which prevents birds, vermin and critters from entering and nesting, and it also reduces the chance of rainwater from entering.
- The equivalent area of 6170mm² per air brick
- The unique stepped front grille significantly reduces the entry of wind-driven rain.
- It has 6.5mm wide front grille openings, which comply with BS 5440 Pt 2 and British Gas requirements.
- The integral clip-together facility allows multiple airbricks to be stacked to form 9” x 6” and 9” x 9” sizes
- Very tough, robust, durable and resistant to decay
