The Cromar Vent 3 High Performance Breathable Membrane – 1m x 50m delivers superior protection. With its triple-layer design, sitting beneath the roof’s first layer.

The purpose of a membrane is to prevent unwanted rainwater driven by wind that breaches the first layer on the roof. Redirecting it down into the guttering safely. Due to the high-quality composite of this membrane, it achieves this and more.

What happens if water penetrates my tiles on the roof?

This is why it's essential to have a Vent 3 because it can resist water. With the correct installation any water that does pass the first layer of protection on the roof will hit the membrane. Redirecting it into the gutter safely and ensuring no leakage.

How does this product resist water but allow water vapour through?

The outer layer of this product is crafted as a fully functional and exceptional waterproofer. Whilst the middle layer is a high-quality, breathable waterproof membrane, allowing water vapour inside the roof space to escape. The final inside layer protects the membrane from abrasion and damage and enhances the overall integrity of the membrane.

Accepting Your Delivery

We offer free next day (working day) delivery for all eligible orders over £50. For eligibility, orders must be placed before 14:00 from Monday to Friday. If you order on a Saturday, the order will be shipped on Monday for next day delivery.
