Uses
The 502 All Purpose Weatherproof Wood Adhesive By Everbuild is the perfect wood adhesive for all woodworking, joinery, furniture assembly and general household DIY applications. It's formulated with a water-based composite, making it an environmentally friendly product, delivered with a transparent, fast cure. A unique feature of this product is its suitability for curing through radio frequencies.
Preparation
Before commencing the application, check the wood to ensure it's in good health. Any signs of wet or dry rot must be removed and replaced or treated, and you can use the Ronseal Wet Rot Hardener if you would like to treat it before replacing it.
Application
- Apply a thin layer of adhesive to both surfaces and over-applying the glue will slow curing times
- Clamb surfaces together until the adhesive is dry, which can take up to 8 hours.
- When fitting dowels, the adhesive should be applied to the holes.
Limitation and Notes
- This product is not suitable for application in constant water immersion.
- Ensure wood doesn't contain excessive moisture (<15)
- Do not use at temperatures below 10°C
- Clean any excess adhesive by using a damp cloth during the clamping process before the glue has cured.
- Before staining or sanding, sand any excess glue off the wood.
- Ensure sufficient clamping pressure during curing, which is especially important with radio frequency bonding.
- It can be used with laminate strips, but it is not suitable for large areas of laminate.
- If applying this product externally, it's essential to protect all glue joints with an impervious paint system.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
