The Tecnic Fire Sealant 300 by Everbuild, is an outstanding product capable of sealing and securing gaps and surfaces whilst reducing noise by around 29dB and reducing the passage of fire significantly.

Ideal for perimeter pointing of areas where fire-resistant properties are required, such as fire-rated doors and window frames. You can also use this for firewalls, partitions, and other structures requiring fire-resistant properties.
Preparation
Before starting the application, remove any dust, oil, dirt, grease and similar impurities that can hinder the adhesion of this product. This includes removing old sealant or mastic that is present, and only some surfaces will require priming; if you are unsure, test in a small area before completing the entire project.
Application
- Cut the top of the cartridge without damaging the threaded screw.
- Screw the nozzle onto the cartridge and cut it at a 45° angle with an opening slightly larger than the gap to be filled.
- Using a standard sealant gun, apply a firm, equal pressure to the gun to deliver an even bead that securely binds the surfaces together.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
