The Profile-Line Limarech Tile Vent is the go-to tile vent for exceptional airflow to concrete interlocking roof tile profiles. This product can achieve the must-have solution to damp roof spaces, functional airflow and ventilation, allowing the attic to breathe. If you don't treat condensation and moisture issues, you may experience further structural issues in the future.
You can use this product not only for attic ventilation but also for soil and mechanical extraction; a must-have for some rooms, especially soil extraction, as this aids the pressure in the toilet system. The installation of this product is easily completed by experienced roofers, with the design sleek and once fitted, flush, discreet and virtually impossible to see. It only weighs less than a Kilogram, allowing easy transport to the site and to the roof, it also makes installing a lot easier.
Installing Klober Limarech Tile Vent
Place the Limarech Tile Vent over the existing tile you want to replace and create a rectangle marking of 120 x 180mm wide. Make a star cut from opposing corners, folding back the four tabs upwards, ensuring the top one is secured to the batten above. You can then place the Tile Vent securely into position using the fixing clips underneath the roof tile's left-hand interlock.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
