Timloc 3014C Over Fascia Ventilation System 1M – Black is an efficient and durable single product, multi-function primary roof ventilation system supplied in 1m lengths. Combining eaves protector, felt support and over fascia eaves vent in one convenient and easy to install unit. Provides ventilation equivalent to a continuous 10mm opening (10,000mm² per metre run) and is used to ventilate pitched roofs where the pitch is >15° and the roof void is uninhabited loft or attic space.

  • 4mm wide ventilation slots comply with BS 5250 : 2021

Installation Advice 
  • Use to ventilate pitched roofs, where the pitch of the roof is 15 degrees or more, and the roof void is attic or loft space. 
  • Make sure each vent is fixed securely into the top of the fascia board. Using screws or nails through the fixing holes provided.

Accepting Your Delivery

Before accepting and signing for your delivery, make sure to check for any damage. If there is damage or fault with your package, please send an email to support@ventsdirect.co.uk

Free Delivery

We offer free next day (working day) delivery for all eligible orders over £50. For eligibility, orders must be placed before 14:00 from Monday to Friday. If you order on a Saturday, the order will be shipped on Monday for next day delivery.

Delivery Instructions

Please let us know at the time of your order if you would like to give any specific delivery requests by entering the relevant information into the note section of your order. Whilst we can’t guarantee couriers will take notice of all requirements, we’ll do our best to make sure they take note.

Delivery costs will not be refunded.
