A Timloc Flat Edge Tile Vent is a discreet, in-line ventilation solution designed to provide airflow directly into the roof space or connect to a ducted system, helping reduce condensation and moisture build-up. Suitable for pitched roofs (typically from 20°), it offers a free ventilation area of around 10,000mm² while replacing multiple tiles for a seamless appearance. Manufactured from durable, UV-stabilised polypropylene, it features an integrated grille to prevent rain ingress and block debris, insects, and vermin.

• Sized to replace one Flat Edge tile to provide a continuous visual
appearance along the roof when viewed at all levels
• Shaped to manage and channel rainwater back down onto the
roof tiles and away from the vent opening
• 4mm spaced external grille to prevent rainwater ingress and keep
out large insects, vermin and debris
• Integrated clips to ensure a secure fit to surrounding roof tiles
• UV stabilised top for continuous exposure to sunlight
• Lightweight and easy to handle

Accepting Your Delivery

Before accepting and signing for your delivery, make sure to check for any damage. If there is damage or fault with your package, please send an email to support@ventsdirect.co.uk

Free Delivery

We offer free next day (working day) delivery for all eligible orders over £50. For eligibility, orders must be placed before 14:00 from Monday to Friday. If you order on a Saturday, the order will be shipped on Monday for next day delivery.
