Engineered to replace a single slate, it maintains a clean, uninterrupted roofline while delivering effective airflow directly into the roof space or connecting seamlessly to ducted ventilation systems within the building.

With a generous free ventilation area of 9,450mm², this vent helps reduce the risk of condensation and moisture build-up, supporting long-term roof health and compliance with modern building regulations. Suitable for roof pitches from 22.5°, it is compatible with common slate sizes (600mm x 300mm and 500mm x 250mm), making it a versatile choice for both new builds and refurbishment projects.

Manufactured from durable, injection-moulded polypropylene, the vent is lightweight, easy to install, and built to withstand harsh weather conditions. Its cleverly designed profile channels rainwater safely back onto the roof covering, while a 4mm external grille prevents the ingress of rain, insects, and debris without restricting airflow. Independently tested for resistance to wind-driven rain, it offers reliable, long-term performance even in demanding UK weather conditions.

For added flexibility, the vent can be connected to 110mm ducting using compatible adapters, making it ideal for bathroom and kitchen extraction or soil ventilation applications. Accepting Your Delivery

We offer free next day (working day) delivery for all eligible orders over £50. For eligibility, orders must be placed before 14:00 from Monday to Friday. If you order on a Saturday, the order will be shipped on Monday for next day delivery.
