Timloc Plain Tile Vent is a unique product manufactured from polypropylene, offering a decay-resisting ventilation system. It’s naturally lightweight, offering easy application, with a flawless design that doesn’t stand out. Other features of this tile vent include;

  • Free ventilation area of 7,000²
  • Shaped to prevent rainwater from entering and causing structural damage
  • 4mm spaced external grille, this helps prevent rainwater and even small critters, vermin and debris.
  • Integrated clips to ensure a secure fit to surrounding roof tiles
  • UV Stabilised top for longer-lasting resistance to the environment
  • Made from polypropylene enabling it to be resistant to corrosion

Accepting Your Delivery

Before accepting and signing for your delivery, make sure to check for any damage. If there is damage or fault with your package, please send an email to support@ventsdirect.co.uk

Free Delivery

We offer free next day (working day) delivery for all eligible orders over £50. For eligibility, orders must be placed before 14:00 from Monday to Friday. If you order on a Saturday, the order will be shipped on Monday for next day delivery.
