The Drill Vent by Timloc aids it multiple ways to the structural integrity of the building. It offers water-alleviating properties, which prevent mortar damage and leaks throughout the building. The other main benefit of this product is that it provides a ventilation airflow of 335mm², which helps combat condensation, which causes moisture to build up and then rot. It is crafted from polypropylene, which gives the product endless application as this material is naturally resistant to decay.
