Description
The Timloc Rad-Seal Recessed is crafted to prevent air leakage in a radiator system. It is practical, easy and quick to install, with the air barrier being a mechanically fitted unit that fits centrally and contains all the tubes neatly. Eliminates pipework kinking. Protects the plater and pipework from direct chafing. Replaces electrical back boxes, intumescent foams or sealants. Adheres to Document Part L – Conservation of Fuel and Power. Conforms to Document Part E – Resistance to sound.

Rad-Seal Recessed by Timloc is a fantastic product that helps prevent the need for various other products such as electrical back boxes, intumescent foams or sealants, stopping multiple other expenses and wastage. It's crafted to work with 10mm plastic radiator pipework coming from the wall and is suitable to be applied onto studded dry-lined walls as well as plaster dab solid walls.

It adheres to the British Government's various requirements, including Document Part L and Document Part E. It has had its air permeability measured and verified by BRE at Part L's 50pa, which scored;
0.24m3 (h.m2) under positive pressure test conditions
0.30m3 (h.m2) under negative pressure test conditions

Accepting Your Delivery

Before accepting and signing for your delivery, make sure to check for any damage. If there is damage or fault with your package, please send an email to support@ventsdirect.co.uk

Free Delivery

We offer free next day (working day) delivery for all eligible orders over £50. For eligibility, orders must be placed before 14:00 from Monday to Friday. If you order on a Saturday, the order will be shipped on Monday for next day delivery.

Delivery Instructions

Please let us know at the time of your order if you would like to give any specific delivery requests by entering the relevant information into the note section of your order. Whilst we can’t guarantee couriers will take notice of all requirements, we’ll do our best to make sure they take note.

Delivery costs will not be refunded.
