Timloc Underlay Felt lap vents is a refurbishment ventilator for existing roof spaces, perfect for remedial work on roofs where ventilation is at a minimum. A solution to combat condensation in cold roof spaces. Suitable for rafter spacing from 400-600mm centres. 3000mm² additional free vent area per unit. Discreet profile design with easy installation. Two spring clips to secure each unit in place. It can be fitted retrospectively after increased loft insulation.

Accepting Your Delivery

Before accepting and signing for your delivery, make sure to check for any damage. If there is damage or fault with your package, please send an email to support@ventsdirect.co.uk

Free Delivery

We offer free next day (working day) delivery for all eligible orders over £50. For eligibility, orders must be placed before 14:00 from Monday to Friday. If you order on a Saturday, the order will be shipped on Monday for next day delivery.
